**Braveheart Needs You**

**Braveheart Needs You!**
*We is seeking new volunteers to help support our walking project*

Walk with Braveheart supports older adults to become more physically and socially active within their community by providing low level health walks across the Falkirk district. To continue and develop the great work we do, we need to bring more volunteers on board…

Volunteer Walk Leaders help lead Weekly & Monthly walks for individuals of all abilities, with specific support for those living with Dementia, long term conditions, epilepsy, and RNIB (supporting bling and visually impaired people). Free training and equipment is given, no experience required. Further training also available for anyone who wishes e.g Dementia Friendly Walking & RNIB.

For more information or to chat about anything mentioned above, please contact Walking D.O Eva Finlayson on 01324 673703 or eva.finalyson@nhs.net. We look forward to hearing from you!
