From Forth Environment Link- Falkirk

A little recipe inspiration for you all!
#stayhome #stayactive #staysafe #keepitlocal #healthyrecipes #goodforyou

STAY ACTIVE – Look after your mental and physical wellbeing by going out for a walk, cycle or run once a day on your own or with family who live with you.
STAY SAFE – Keep at least 2m away from other people whilst enjoying the outdoors. If you or someone in your family is experiencing symptoms stay at home or limit exercise to your own garden or living room.
KEEP IT LOCAL – Exercise close to home or within walking, running and biking distance of your house.
