RNIB and Braveheart

This month Braveheart and Forth Valley Sensory Centre kicked started their walking partnership. Braveheart led a guided walk for individuals with sensory impairments to encourage everyone to get out walking within their community. We all had a fantastic walk through Camelon welcoming 6 walkers, 2 guide dogs, 6 sight guide volunteers and a British Sign Language Interpuator.

As of January 2017 Braveheart is welcoming and supporting individuals from the Sensory Centre on selected Weekly walks and also our Monthly walks throughout the year. Specific details to follow. If you know of anyone who would benefit from our Braveheart walks then please get in touch. 01324 673707 or eva.finlayson@nhs.net
