*Free Electric Bikes for Key Workers in Forth Valley*

Over the past month and in response to how COVID19 has so dramatically changed our daily lives both the Falkirk Active Travel Hub and Stirling Active Travel Hub have made our ebikes freely available to NHS key workers throughout the Forth Valley.

So far we have distributed 27 electric bikes to NHS staff in Falkirk, Stirling, Airth, Avonbridge, Alloa, Alva, Denny, Doune, Kincardine and Sauchie but we still have more electric bikes available to NHS staff that would benefit from using one for commuting or to assist them in their work ????

If you are an NHS keyworker in the Falkirk area and would benefit from using one of these bikes please contact Ray on 07882 532208 or email: Ray@forthenvironmentlink.org. If you are an NHS key worker in the Stirling area please contact Emily: EmilyC@forthenvironmentlink.org

STAY ACTIVE – Look after your mental and physical wellbeing by going out for a walk, cycle or run once a day on your own or with family who live with you.

STAY SAFE – Keep at least 2m away from other people whilst enjoying the outdoors. If you or someone in your family is experiencing symptoms stay at home or limit exercise to your own garden or living room.

KEEP IT LOCAL – Exercise close to home or within walking, running and biking distance of your house.
