Here is a seated exercise session for the most vulnerable in our society. Those we are trying to protect need ways to stay fit, healthy, mobile and mentally strong.
The workout consists of:
– 8 minutes of seated exercise and mobility movements
– 2 minutes of balancing to reduce the risk of falls at home
– 3 minutes of stretching
