Training delivered by ASH Scotland, enabling Mentors to gain further information/ training on how to help and support individuals to stop smoking.

Health Mentors discuss the running of their groups, feedback, participants, new groups, and up and coming events.

Basic First Aid training covers all key scenarios Leaders may come across; how to act, deal with, and deliver as a first aider in different circumstances.

Braveheart will be providing their own specific training to Walk Leaders covering key aspects about being a Walk Leader, with a Braveheart twist!
